xMU (www.xmu.md) provides its services subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated from time to time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Description Of Service:
xMU provides users with access to an online game service and related web features, including account balance top up, Web Bonuses acquisition, and in-game functionality. All services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service unavailability beyond our control.
Registration Obligations:
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain it accordingly. xMU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Use Of Bonuseses:
After topping up your account balance, Web Bonuses will be credited to your account.
Web Bonuses are a global account currency and can be used across all servers.
To use them in-game, Web Bonuses must be exchanged for in-game bonuses in the corresponding server section.
In-game bonuses are used exclusively within the game.
Refund Policy:
Web Bonuses, in-game bonuses, and all items and services provided on the website and in the game are digital products.
Once Web Bonuses have been successfully credited to your account, refunds are not possible.
By completing a payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.

Account, Password And Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Selling, buying, or sharing accounts and in-game resources is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct:
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. Illegal, offensive, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
Marks:
All trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on the website are the property of xMU or their respective owners.
