Refund Policy
Web Bonuses, in-game bonuses, virtual currency, and all goods and services provided on the xMU website and within the project are considered digital products. When topping up the balance, the user receives Web Bonuses, which can be used on the website and exchanged for in-game bonuses on the selected server. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not possible after Web Bonuses have been successfully credited to the account. If you experience any issues with receiving or using bonuses, please contact support. By completing a payment, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. In case of technical errors or duplicate charges, requests may be reviewed individually through support.
